The team prides itself on supporting each and every customer from project design through installation. To determine if you have the latest version of a Pegasus Imaging development toolkit, please download the PegConnect utility program from the following link: PegConnect. Please note that a Help File for each product may be found on the Start Bar under Pegasus, or in C:\Windows\Help. Our policy is to offer complete and timely support via e-mail at no charge. E-mail the Support Team at support@jpg.com. Pegasus Imaging prides itself on responding to questions in less than one business day. E-mail is used rather than phone support because a log is started, tracking may be performed and the support administrator can monitor response timeliness and accuracy. Also, code snippets may be exchanged. Pegasus supports current and one previous version of its products and toolkits. Pegasus reserves the right, however, to stop supporting products three years after their last compile or two years after a new version is released. Pegasus does not support products that are two or more versions older than the current version. Under no circumstances will Pegasus support products older than one version out of date. Customers with overdue accounts will not be given support by Pegasus Imaging. View the Corporate Policy page. The Pegasus Imaging Support Team receives a large number of e-mails daily. We have found that most of the questions can be answered in our FAQ section. This section is updated as often as possible to provide partners with the information they need without having to contact the Support Team. Please review the FAQ before contacting support. If you require phone support, it is available through the purchase of the Chariot Support Agreement or by credit card online at a rate of $40 per every 15 minute increment. If you decide to purchase "on-demand" phone support, instructions will immediately be e-mailed upon receipt of your purchase. Pegasus offers every user an unlimited, full-featured trial version of all products to allow you to fully evaluate its suitability and compatibility with your product or project. You are entitled to unlimited pre-sales technical support via e-mail. Pegasus offers two Support Agreements for those customers whose commercial products or projects are sensitive or critical in nature, where immediate response, latest released code, increased level of communication, and a higher level of customer service is important. |
